For Quarantine/Short Term: CI$1,500.00 for 16 Nights if you are not vaccinated or CI$1,250 for 12 Nights if you are vaccinated. CI$100 per night for any additional nights. 

For Monthly (1-3 months) - CI$2,150.00

Additional Refundable Security Deposit of CI$500-CI$1000 depending on the length of stay. 

All rates include Electricity, Water, Internet, Cable and Departure Cleaning.  

The Grove Apt #  9 Paradisum is a newly built luxury Studio apartment which has been professionally designed with meticulous detail. 

The apartment is perfectly suited for single living and offers the highest quality appliances, furniture and luxurious amenities at an affordable price.

When you're ready to go to bed, the living area easily converts into a bedroom with the pull out sofa.
