For Quarantine: CI$3,750.00 for 16 Nights if you are not vaccinated or CI$2,950.00 for 12 Nights if you are vaccinated. (Includes electricity, water, cable, internet and departure cleaning)

For Monthly (1-5 months) - CI$5,100.00 (Electricity will be billed separately each month. All other bills are included.)

Sleeps up to 6 guests.

A Security Deposit of CI$1,500.00 will also be required.

This condo has been renovated in recent years so everything from the walls, ceilings, windows and floors, to the appliances and the furniture are still like new.

The condo is situated on the first floor (up one flight of stairs from the ground floor) and literally a few meters from the clear, warm turquoise Caribbean Sea.

The views from the private over-sized terrace/patio are simply breathtaking, and can be enjoyed during the day lounging on one of the private sun loungers, whilst al fresco dining or simply watching the sun setting over the ocean in front of you. The terrace/patio is directly accessible from both the open-plan living area and the master bedroom.

The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity basins. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and also has a vanity desk in case you need an area to work from time to time. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom has a single vanity and bath tub if you prefer to have a soak versus showering. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with stainless steel appliances - electric oven, large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal - even a slow cooker, magic bullet and cocktail shaker! There is also a large separate front loading washer and dryer.

The condo also comes with cotton towels, beach towels and all cotton bed linens (300-600 thread count).
