Property Management Cayman Ltd. is a locally owned company with 13+ years experience in the management of a diverse range and extensive portfolio of properties in the Cayman Islands.
At the inception of the business we initially focused on providing marketing and management for short term vacation rentals in the Rum Point area however over the years the company has grown and now also provides property management islandwide for Landlords of Long Term Rental Properties, Large Multi-Tenant Commercial Properties, Stratas and for Owners of Luxury Private Residences.
As we are also property owners of Vacation Homes, Multi-Unit Long Term Rentals and Commercial Warehouse spaces, we understand first hand how crucial the proper and effective management of properties is in order to maximize returns on your investment. We have also been involved in the development and redevelopment/renovation of some of the properties that we own and therefore have firsthand experience with construction and project management.
We also have our own highly experienced staff such as cleaners and handymen that enable us to focus on the fine details required for Hospitality Management of vacation rental Condos, Homes or Villas.
Over the years we have established strong relationships with reliable and trustworthy 3rd party service providers in various industries which enables us to quickly deal with repairs, maintenance and capital enhancement projects, and most importantly, to do so at competitive prices.
